Your Happiness Check-In

Your answers and any report details you enter are saved temporarily in this browser tab so you can continue your reflection and read your report. They are not submitted to Competency Enhancers through the Check-In. The report is available here to print or save as a PDF.

Saved progress and reports expire after up to 24 hours, or you can clear them using the control below. A PDF you download is a separate copy that you manage yourself. Avoid entering sensitive personal details on a shared device.

When you contact us

The enquiry form prepares a draft in your email app. You review it and choose whether to send. Calling or opening WhatsApp uses the relevant service. Only include information you are comfortable sharing; you do not need to send your report or detailed personal history to ask about a service.

Once you send an enquiry, your selected email or messaging provider and Competency Enhancers process the information needed to respond. For questions about an enquiry or to request its deletion, contact trainings@competencyenhancers.com.

Your guide and location choices

The animated companion runs in your browser. It does not read your answers with an AI service, record audio or request camera access. You can pause its motion or hide it at any time.

If you add a location, the initial country suggestion uses your browser’s time zone or language and can be changed. No GPS permission or external location lookup is used. Location lists, images and fonts are served with this website.

Website access and external services

Your browser and the hosting service exchange technical information needed to display the website. When you follow an external link or send a message, the chosen service’s own privacy terms also apply.

Appointments and payments

Service enquiries do not reserve appointments. Call and programme arrangements, fees and terms are agreed directly with the team. This website does not collect payments.

Clear information saved in this tab

Remove Check-In progress and reports saved by this website in the current tab. This does not delete PDFs you downloaded or messages you already sent.
